Not only is Mosta culturally and historically interesting, as you will see from our short descriptions of the varied aspects of our village and surrounding area, but it is a fantastic transport hub, with buses that will take you to so much of the island at a very reasonable price. The much-loved traditional Maltese buses have now been replaced by a more modern fleet, offering air conditioning, more seats and better suspension. Those of you have travelled on the traditional bus in the past will know exactly how important good suspension is!
